Events


Penrith City Archers runs numerous weekly events at club level, including weekend club rounds (on both Saturday and Sunday) as well as the Veterans' Archery League on Wednesdays and the Friday League.


Archers should simply register for these events via Archer's Diary.


In addition, PCA also runs special tournaments throughout the year. Details and online entry for these tournaments can be found below.

PCA Registered Double Clout


On Saturday May 12th, PCA will be running a Qualifying and Ranking Event (QRE). Archers will shoot two age/division appropriate Australian Clout rounds in morning and afternoon sessions.

PCA's Golden Arrow 2018


PCA's popular weekend-long event is back for 2018. Compete over the weekend of June 2nd and 3rd to win the coveted "Golden Arrow".


EARLY BIRD registrations have closed.

ANSW Grand Prix #4


On Sunday, June 17th, PCA will be hosting Round 4 of the Archery New South Wales Grand Prix Series.


This event is a morning and an afternoon 720 round.

PCA's 3rd Annual Forest Shoot


On Sunday July 1st, PCA will be running  the 3rd Anual Forest Shoot. Our Forest shoot is a modified, rarely shot, WA round. It is a marked 24T course in the field. The targets are line drawings of animals, in black & white, with a pale gold "kill" zone. Designed to be, and always is, GREAT fun! Entries will CLOSE at midnight on June 29th.

ANSW State Short Course Championships 2018


On July 7th and 8th, PCA will be hosting the 2018 ANSW State Short Course Championships at our Troy Adams Archery Complex. The Short and Junior Canberra rounds will be shot on Saturday (7th) and the WA 60/900 round will be shot on Sunday (8th). Entries will CLOSE at midnight on July 2nd.

Leagues


Penrith City Archers runs organised competitions that progress over several weeks or months with prizes awarded at the end of each competition period.


The Friday League shoots a variety of World Archery and Archery Australia rounds, usually providing practice for upcoming competitions. The Veterans' Archery League (VAL) shoots on Wednesdays and the Clout League every second Monday.
