Wednesday Archery League
More exciting than lawn bowls and more fun than golf…
Our Wednesday league is established to mainly support our members who are available (flexible workers/retirees/pensioners etc.) to attend the club midweek. The Wednesday shoot is a perfect mix of a little friendly competition and socialising with our group of Wednesday League archers.
Shooting
With archers regularly joining in, we shoot a handicap competition, starting with a PCA 30/360 shoot (36 arrows over 30 metres, on 80 cm target faces) followed by morning tea and a round of various distances.
Socialising
This is a relaxed event for our members with morning tea held in our newly refurbished and air-conditioned club house.

Notes: If you have never used a bow and would like to try, you're welcome too.
Participation
We encourage all participants to arrive a little early to help setup targets as well as assist packing up the field at the end of the shoot.
We’re a small community organisation and we welcome archers from all walks of life to enjoy the unique challenges of archery as part of a friendly and helpful community.
